4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. It is acceptable to reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited.
